Delivery
Your Zinzi purchase is in good hands with us. Your package will be packed and shipped by our own Zinzi employees in attractive Zinzi packaging. When placing your order, choose your delivery method in our check-out (with Zinzi we ship your package for free within the Netherlands and Belgium).
Home delivery with DHL
Ordered on working days (Mon-Fri) before 4 pm, we will ship your order the same day via DHL. The delivery person will visit you the next 2 to 3 days between 8.30 am and 9.30 pm. If there is a chance that you will not be at home yourself, you can choose 'Delivery at the neighbors' in the check-out. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered by DHL to your neighbors or to a DHL pick-up point. The deliverer then leaves a note on which you can see where the package has been delivered. When the order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm and/or during the weekend will be sent out on Monday.
If you place an order on Friday after 4 pm or on Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your order the following Monday.

At Zinzi you receive free shipping on your order.
DELIVERY AT A DHL PICK-UP POINT
This choice is possible for orders from €35. If you choose this option, your order will be ready for you from 3 p.m. at the selected Pick-up Point. You will receive an email as soon as the package has been dispatched and is ready for collection. You must always bring your proof of identity (driver's license/passport) with you. The package will remain at the pick-up point for 7 days. If you do not collect the package from the Pick-up Point within this period, the package will be returned.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER AFTER IT IS SHIPPED
When your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email confirmation with the Track & Trace code. With this code the package can be followed via Track & Trace from DHL. If you receive the message 'no reports have been found for this combination', then the package has been sent to us, but it may be that DHL has not yet scanned the label and it is still in the sorting process. In that case, you can request the status of your package the next working day. Do you still see this message after two working days, without having received your package? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivering a package remains a human activity. Errors can be made in the DHL sorting center or when loading parcels. Of course we regret that, but Zinzi also depends on these carriers. Our advice: don't order your Zinzi gift at the last minute, but take a few days to spare. And read the below:
Ordered during the weekend:
If you order during the weekend, we will ship it the following Monday.
Mailbox package:
With a letterbox package (orders under €35), the package is sent with regular mail. This can sometimes take a little longer. You will usually receive the package within 2-3 working days.
Limited accessibility:
Due to other restrictions such as extreme weather conditions or traffic on the road, the delivery time may differ.
Public holidays/Coronavirus:
Due to the business around the holidays or during the corona crisis, delivery by DHL may take longer.
