How can I return my order?+

Do I pay return costs?+
Yes, if you return your order you pay the return costs yourself.
Have you already received my return?+
As soon as we have received your return, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail.
You will receive this e-mail from us within 14 working days after receipt of your return
Keep your proof of return well until you have received this e-mail from us.
I have returned my order, when will I get my purchase amount back?+
We will refund the entire purchase price (excluding return costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. We will wait to refund until we have received the return order.
Within how many days can I return my order?+
You have 60 days to return your order to us. This period starts after receipt of the order.
Can I combine multiple orders in a return?+
This is possible. Please include all packing slips for these orders in the package, this way we can process the return as quickly as possible.
Is it possible to return a sale item?+
This is always possible. If the item is worn or damaged, a depreciation may be charged.
Can I exchange my item(s)?+
We can only exchange if the price of the desired item remains the same.

I have lost my packing slip, is there a return form that I can download online?+
If you have lost the packing slip, you can easily download a model form. download here.
You can also print the invoice that you have received from us by e-mail and add it to your return.
In both cases, make sure your order number is clearly stated for a quick return processing.

Can I change/cancel my order?+
It is not possible to change your order. You can cancel the order on workdays before 4 p.m. (GMT+1) within one hour of ordering. Please contact our customer service for this.
The received item is defective. What can I do?+
Sorry, that's not the intent. We are happy to solve this for you. We can help you the fastest if you take a picture of the item and WhatsApp it to our customer service 085 000 4111. You can also e-mail the photo to us customerservice@zinzi.com. Then we will look at what is wrong and offer you a suitable solution.
