PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay online directly to our PayPal account. Your payment is then authorized online, so you know immediately whether the payment is approved or not. Don't have a PayPal account yet? Then you must first register at www.paypal.com

Creditcard
Through our payment platform you can pay in a secure environment with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. The easiest way to shop online: easy, fast and reliable. When you choose to pay by credit card, we ask you to enter the following information:

Credit card number
Expiration date (month / year)
CVC code (verification code)
Cardholder Name

Once this information has been entered, click on the “Send” button and your order will then be passed on to our system. You will see both a confirmation of your order on our website and an email confirming your order. Your credit card will be charged at the time of delivery.

Only the bank has access to your credit card information. During the transaction, Adyen checks the card number, verification code and address. We then receive an electronic message from Adyen whether the order can be fulfilled. If this is the case, we receive the following data:

Name
Address
Phone number
Ordered items
This information is of course also treated confidentially by us.

All prices shown include 21% VAT.

Your payment obligation lapses at the time of dissolution. We may withhold payment until we have received the return shipment or proof that you have returned the package.

If you have opted for a refund and have already paid, we will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days after cancellation.

The full order amount will be refunded to your account or refunded in the same way as you paid.

You have placed all your products in your shopping cart, but you still have a discount code that you want to redeem. Follow the steps below to do this correctly:

1. Go to your shopping cart.
2. 2. You will see the order overview of your products on the right.
3. Below the total amount you will see the text “add discount code?” to stand. Click on this.
4. After clicking, a box will appear with 'add discount code'.
5. Enter the code and click on the plus sign.
6. You will now see the settled discount in the order overview on the right.

Note: If you have entered the discount code and click further, you cannot click back. The discount code will then expire.

Conditions discount codes:
It is not possible to use multiple discount codes.
Discount codes cannot be used afterwards.

It is of course possible that the payment is not successful.

- Fulfil the order on another device
- Place an order via another web browser
