At Zinzi you can easily order in four simple steps:
1. Choose the number of pieces and the desired size for the item you want to order. Next to the price, you will find the number of items still in stock.
2. Then add the product to your shopping cart with a simple click. When your order is complete, click on “continue ordering”.
3. After that, arrange your order. Fill in your name, address and contact details. Of course we treat your data confidentially.
4. Then complete your order. Choose the desired delivery and payment method. You can choose delivery to the billing address or delivery to another address; for example, at work or the address of the person to whom you want to gift your order.
TIPS:
If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one when ordering. Our employees cannot place an order for you by telephone due to privacy legislation.
If you have a problem while ordering, we recommend that you delete your cookies and try again. Using another device can also help (mobile or desktop).
ORDER STATUS
What happens after you place an order: 1. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. 2. We pack and ship your order. 3. You will receive a tracking number from DHL with which you can track the order.
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
It is not possible to change your order. You can still cancel the order within one hour of ordering. This can be done by contacting our customer service by emailing klantenservice@zinzi.nl. You cannot cancel the order after this hour. The reason for this is that your order will then be included in the delivery process. When you have received the order, you can return.
STOCK INFORMATION
On the Zinzi web store you can see whether an article is in stock in the webshop. You can find this information by selecting the item including size and colour.
